This new 20,000 square foot Fairwinds facility includes a 20 metre pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, multi purpose room, an arts and craft room, billiard room and a reading lounge. The new centre is becoming the heart of many social activites of the Fairwinds Community.

Fairwinds Schoooner Cove is situated on the Nanoose Bay Peninsula on the beautiful east coast of Vancouver Island between Nanaimo and Parksville. The development consists of a Les Furber designed 18 hole golf course, Schooner Cove Marina and currently 550 single family properties plus the 40 unit Gleneagle gated townhome complex.
